All guests are requested to book in at the Lodge Reception and from there proceed to the Agora Registration table to receive their name tags and goodie bags.
NB: Guests checking in early are encouraged to pre-book game drives or spa treatments. This must be done directly through your respective lodges. All meals, shuttles and activities at the lodges on Thursday are for your own account.

- 13h00 – 14h00: Councillors Lunch at Little Mongena.
14h30: Transfers from Mongena back to lodges.

- Free time for booked activities at your lodge.

- 12h30: AGM LUNCH.
- 14h00: Transfers from Kwalata back to lodges.
- 14h00 – 17h00: Free time.
- 17h00: Transfers from lodges to Kwalata for Presidents Drinks and African Chic Boma Braai.
- 18h00: President’s Cocktails & Boma Dinner: African-Chic at Mongena Imvubu Lapa.

10h00: All guests must be checked out of the lodge – return keys and pay any outstanding amounts.
10h00 Departure and transfer from lodges to OR Tambo or post-conference tours.

- Vegan and vegetarian options will be arranged based on the number of attendees.
Please ensure to provide any dietary preferences or allergies during registration. - A la carte Restaurants are available at Mongena and Kwalata for meals or snacks not included in the package.
- Breakfast at your specific lodge is included in your accommodation (excluding self-cater units)
- The following meals are included in your AGM REGISTRATION package:
- Friday: Councillors Lunch at Little Mongena (Councillors Package)
- Friday: Welcome Party Dinner – Potjie in the Boma
- Saturday: AGM Buffet Lunch
- Saturday: Bushveld Boma Dinner (Traditional South African Braai)
Activities
- Please refer to the website of your respective lodges for details on available on-site activities and experiences.
- Delegates and partners can enjoy lodge activities during the Councillors Meeting on Friday.
- Partners and delegates not attending the AGM can partake in lodge activities on Saturday.
- All tours and activities for Friday and Saturday should be booked directly with your lodge.
- Note: Additional fees may apply for game drives and certain activities.
- Pamper Yourself. A travelling spa will be available for luxurious spa treatments during the conference, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate in the heart of nature. Treat yourself to some well-deserved indulgence!
- For those who simply want to unwind and enjoy the African bushveld, don’t forget your swimming costume, sunblock, binoculars, and camera – relax and just be!
